Good to place to grow

Pros

Good place to grow, people get promoted quickly. Pay is decent, there are bonuses, offices are clean and modern

Cons

Difficult to switch department and build a career path, you can grow only within your own role/department. can face a dead-end after some year. A lot of favoritism also exists, people get promoted based on how liked they are, not necessarily the value they bring to the team/company.

Free breakfast and good location

Cons

Doesn't seem to care for employees welfare. My manager was a narcissist, everyone was afraid of him and the company doesn't do enough to support employees from a bully manager! Even HR doesn't seem to do their part well and support management regardless.
