Everyone is out for themselves.. Although some nice people, not a big team environment.. Each pod is out for themselves.

Many cons, salary is horrendous for the work load and pressure that the job presents, not very good management of junior staff, it’s a revolving door. Very bad teaching practices, no room for errors or mistakes, you get yelled at quite often, my former manager was quite a character, total lack of respect. Overall, if you get hired at the coffee or grains desk you have a better outlook at career development, they have some great people working at those desk.
