Did not deliver what was promised. Very political and more about who you are buddy with, like a school playground. Ineffective management and little responsibility-taking. Lots of discontent and frustrated people in the company, right through from front office to back office. Just look at the high turnover which speaks for itself.

Lack of any perfomance review framework. Weak technical solutions. Depending on a team, narcissistic and ego technical leaders could be on a way who are refusing to deny their weak solutions which damages the business. Depending on a team, tribalism and favouritism could be cultivated around a team, which is promoted by a manager. RTO justification and feedback reaction are horrible
