Business Outlook
Pros
We have a great team of employees with strong knowledge of the business. Our people are positive, friendly, always willing to help and work together to get the job done. Our work environment is pleasant, positive and has nice perks like occasionally free lunches and celebrations for birthdays and above average quarterly numbers.
Cons
There is sometimes an inadequate amount of training and the pay grade is low based on daily tasks/responsibilities, education and experience. Education level is not valued nor compensated as much as should be.
