IT management is very scattered, coupled with high turnover due to stress makes for an interesting employment. Easy place to shine, but can quickly lead to more and more work to the point of working 80+ hours a week just to keep in "favor" with your upper management. Screw up something small once, you are out the door. I left knowing this place without a job lined up and never looked back..

Some groups are understaffed due to budget restraints, 401(k) vest period is long, health and dental benefits are only average. WFH policy is unclear and varies. PTO is on a years worked basis and is slightly less than average (16 days/year for the first 5 years)
