Members of management are unprofessional incompetent and unethical. Lot of Nepotism. Extremely toxic work place. Exploitation. Bad wages.

Its good for your resume, you do learn processes that can transfer once you switch jobs in financial field

Cons

Poor and toxic upper management. Enables toxic work place and pushes toxic employees up the chain. Nepotism!!!! Don't work the retail side of the firm and especially be careful with anything you say to anyone because it will eventually some way be twisted against you.
