      Prior to the last 12-18months, was a great company, very flexible, great technology

      IT Dept. is toxic, people are working in fear, no clear direction, new management team is a joke!

      Pros

      It is hard to find pros for this Company. The majority of your peers are friendly and help you succeed.

      Cons

      More cons than anything- no vision communicated , all business areas moving in different directions. Leadership lacks experience and accountability. Leaders do not value staff. The open positions are due to a high volume of turnover. Ask about how many layoffs or people have quit since August 2017. You will be amazed at the number.

      Pros

      Good location for midtown commuters. Okay health benefits. Good back office who does the best they can with what they have. One of the senior managers in ops should work on his personality. Seems like a good guy but if you have any suggestions or complaints he's stuck in his ways and will complain behind your back to others.

      Cons

      It's been a few years since I left but I recently spoke to some recent departures who said it has not changed. Same senior managers are there. Clan mentality from people who once worked at GX Clarke. Senior managers lack judgment, integrity and follow through. Also, they lied consistently and broke a written compensatory contract with me and multiple data and trading vendors while I was employed. There is a glut of white male 30-40 yr old managers who are not welcoming to minorities. Anyone over 45 will be subject to inappropriate age comments and jokes.
