Lack of Cohesion and Communication Across Teams Expect your team to do a whole lot of work that doesn't move the needle closer to the goal Severe delays in app delivery, so don't expect to be managing releases anytime soon. Far too many international teams, makes collaboration hard. Training is redundant. Given the ownership split expect to be waiting 6 days to weeks for a PR to be merged.
