Offer a $2000.00 bonus and trip to Disney at 10 years of employment and spend 9.3/4 years telling everyone how great you are

Cons

They have no problem laying you off right before you get the 10 year award and making you seem to be not a good employee.

Stonebridge seems to have the right pieces in place on a corporate level to grow and evolve into a leader in the Hospitality Industry. The company is growing and is doing a lot of things right. It is a great place to work. I have been here for several years and can honestly say that I enjoy my job and the people I work with.

Hire more "workers" and less "managers".

the only thing i could think of is that they offered the ecopass at that particular location.

Cons

horrible benefits and the pay is also bad, constantly short staffed due to high employee turnover, last but not least terrible management !
