Pros

Great benefits such as paid-time off after 1 year, holiday pay, eco-pass for light-rail and buses, etc... Amazing management that truly cares, lots of advancement for improvement, schedule cooperation for college students... I absolutely love this company and look forward to a great future!!

None. Absolutely love everything about the company.

Pros

Wonderful management at my local property

Cons

Corporate offers the worst benefits that I have experienced at any company. No vacation hours, paid holidays or other incentives to make the employee feel appreciated. They offer "anniversary pay," which is nice for some people but not realistic for those working in hourly management roles.

Pros

I adored the management, they filled in whenever needed, whatever the position was, and for double shifts even.

Cons

I was hired through SB and everything seemed to have a good flow, I could always rely on management to help and step up in a sticky situation, but I only worked for them for about months before Sage bought the hotel, and from there everyone got out as soon as possible. Now we are left with a large amount of awful Sage management.
