Pros

They have a lot of hotels, so transferring is an option

Cons

they do not pay very well, benefits are not very good (health insurance is very expensive)

Pros

Good work to maintain your weight, very busy in the summer. Has a great weekend manager.

Cons

Not enough time for family, sometimes over worked, barley any work in the winter.

Pros

Most anything decent about this company is overshadowed by its flaws and greed. I am a current employee but am actively looking for work elsewhere. Many of us are. The classic advice of "Run, don't walk away" applies here.

Cons

This company has really bad breath and is very stabby in the backy. No loyalties to anyone. They use you until you can't stand it any more then will replace you with someone less qualified who they can pay less. I've seen it several times. Makes me sad. Only a matter of time before this employment practice hits critical mass and there are no more people to hire because they have either burned through every worker in the city or their reputation catches up with them.
