      Pros

      Opportunity to help others succeed. Growing company. Worked with some wonderful individuals.

      Cons

      Toxic corporate culture - they wrongfully terminate employees left and right at the office as well as in the field. The Corporate HR Director makes decisions based on their personal thoughts and not SOPs (background screening checks, employee relation issues, and more.) Witnessed Corporate HR Director falsify documentation and lie on many occasions. Claim to offer unlimited PTO for corporate employees yet you are reprimanded when you request and it will be used against you in the future. Do yourself a favor and avoid working for this company at all cost.

      Some good people but horrible CEO.

      Don't be fooled by the "recommend CEO score." Navin Dimond is the CEO and has been since the company was founded. Stonebridge recently had the "CEO" in Glassdoor changed to the number 2 within the company because the CEO score was so low. This reset the score and thus you see a higher one now. DO YOUR RESEARCH AND UNDERSTAND NAVIN DIMOND IS STILL THE CEO. HIS SCORE HAS ALWAYS BEEN BELOW 50% AND THAT SCORE IS VERY ACCURATE, ACTUALLY HIGHER THAN WHAT IS DESERVED.

      The Grass Is Greener on the Other Side

      Pros

      The corporate office is beautiful and the majority of the employees are welcoming and friendly. The snacks and beverages included in the "hub" are a nice perk when you are in the office working long hours. The unlimited PTO is a nice perk, however it won't help you at all when it comes to maternity leave or illness.

      Cons

      As mentioned above, the office environment is very nice...as it should be, when you are working somewhere that has zero flexibility in regards to a work from home policy. You are expected to be in front of your computer for 8+ hours a day to show face, regardless of your workload or your ability to work from home. For a company that requires such old-school and costly demands, you would think it is justified by their compensation ; it is not. This company has gotten by for years, if not decades, by severely underpaying any employee that is not within the highest echelon of the corporate office. They don't plan to take any measures to compete with the inflation and rapidly rising cost of living in the Greater Denver Area. They will just refuse to promote you or give you a raise until they find a cheap replacement for you. There is such a laundry list of Cons at this company that it is not worth writing down for there can be no changing the minds of Senior Management. Just know you are better off elsewhere.
