I’ve worked for a few hotel management companies and Stonebridge is the best. They really do try to put the employee first. Our team are some of the best paid in the industry with unbeatable benefits. Weekly & Monthly team gatherings and celebrations and incentives. As a leader I also feel empowered to support the team first.

Cons

The only con is I’d wish we could be connected better between sister hotels.
