Pros

Stonebridge are very focused on trying to have a positive environment for their associates both in terms of the work experience, and in opportunity for growth, We realize that it is the associates who make our success possible. Very receptive, and accessible management who listen.

Cons

No unexpected cons. Our merger and growth this past year have created a few transitional bumps as we transition into one company, double the size we were before, but as I said nothing unexpected.

The company is growing fast with many opportunities. There’s a lot of support from corporate and they give a genuine feeling of wanting you to succeed in your role. There’s real talent in the company, not just warm bodies.

Cons

Some internal systems are outdated but the company has plans to upgrade which is great!
