Pros

Prior to joining Stonebridge, I had heard that it was a good company to work for. Now as an employee, I can say it's even better than I had hoped for. It's a welcoming and collaborative environment. You're given the tools to do your job efficiently and you definitely feel like you are part of the team. It's refreshing to work where you actually look forward to going to work every day.

Pros

This company truly cares for and invests in your career growth. I started at a property as a bartender and now work in revenue management at the beautiful corporate office in Denver. Each year with Stonebridge has offered new and exciting opportunities with competitive pay. The team is collaborative, and the mission + vision is unified.

Cons

A more flexible hybrid schedule would be nice for work/life balance, but again, the office is beautiful and there's always fun events and free food so not really a big con!

Cons

At least on the RM side, building some SOPs around the new hire process would be helpful so that gaining system access is efficient and easy
