Stonebridge seems to have the right pieces in place on a corporate level to grow and evolve into a leader in the Hospitality Industry. The company is growing and is doing a lot of things right. It is a great place to work. I have been here for several years and can honestly say that I enjoy my job and the people I work with.

Cons

Hire more "workers" and less "managers".

* Growth positioned company (very interesting projects coming down the pipeline 16/17) * Competitive benefits package and pay * Work-life balance at its best / Fantastic work environment * Training is becoming more and more part of the corporate culture * SBCOS cares about its associates on a personal level * Great leadership from above that inspires and motivate

Cons

* No bonus plan for head departments * Nothing else worth mentioning here - just have to use a "20 word minimum" or it won't let me submit my review (glassdoor)
