Unlimited PTO, hotel discounts, free food

Cons

Unlimited PTO is a joke. Management gets onto you if you take any time off. Don’t trust management with any information they will tell everyone in the company. The pay is ridiculously low, they want you to take on more but not pay for what you are worth.

There is a concerning pattern where the Regional Director tends to prioritize the input of other team members over that of the General Managers, failing to adequately consider or address their perspectives. This disconnect results in a breakdown of communication and undermines the collaborative efforts necessary for effective leadership and operational success.
