Pros

These people who work in the corporate office in Denver are abusive. They shove their work onto the hourly workers while they are constantly on vacation at the corporate office. There are no pros to working here.

Cons

These people will work you to death. The people who work in the corporate office do nothing. They have luncheons picnics vacations all on the backs of their workers.

Pros

Their pay scale isn't as embarrassingly low when working for a property they own and manage. When working for a property they manage for an investment company, you're expected to work multiple positions so they can save labor costs.

Cons

DO NOT work for one of their properties they manage for an investment company. They allow the outside ownership, investment company with no hotel experience to dictate the unreasonable labor costs. In order to receive a pathetic 3% annual increase, you're required to work multiple positions. Your annual increase amounts to be a pay cut based on the number of hours you'll need to put in to get the work completed.
