      Solid Place to Work, But Some Frustrating Gaps

      Pros

      I worked with some of the most dedicated, kind, and hard-working people I’ve ever met. The team at the property level really cares about the guest experience and each other. It made coming to work enjoyable even on tough days. Health insurance was solid, and there were some nice perks like discounts and paid time off, which the Company changed the policy recently to provide more time for full-time, hourly associates. Nothing flashy, but it was nice that our voices were heard.

      Cons

      Communication between corporate and property teams wasn’t always the best. Decisions made at the top didn’t always make sense on the ground, and feedback didn’t seem to flow both ways. Corporate employees definitely had access to better benefits and more flexibility, which could feel frustrating when you’re running a 24/7 operation at the property. Compensation lagged behind similar roles at other hospitality companies. Raises and adjustments are slow to catch up to market trends, and super lean staffing makes it so the team has to really stretch out for coverage gaps, resulting in a lot of burnout and frustrated staff.
