Pros

None really. You can stay at the hotel for free during storms. The kitchen staff was superb- self ran with no leadership.

Cons

Over worked. Expected to work 12 hour days, work multiple outlets with no bonus or incentive. Micromanaging to the max from inexperienced upper management. Zero work life balance.

Pros

I have always received great support from my leaders who have always made their priority to focus on employee well-being and growth. As the company is growing, we are also always ensuring that the company expands towards making a positive experience whether that is training progress, benefits, employee engagement, recognition, different initiatives etc. There are opportunities for career advancement for anyone looking to grow in their career. It's truly an exciting time to be part of this company.
