Nothing really great about my job. I clock in and out

micro manages no budget to do anything favors those who play by all the rules no creativity no direction no engagement high turnover CEO doesn't have an ounce of sincerity in his bones training is weak and elementary blind leading the blind they let amazing staff members go huge pay variances between managers and gm's lack of leadership bad company overall

Pros

Outstanding culture. Primary focus on employees and guests. They care about the hospitality business, not asset management. Excellent senior leadership. They care about the communities where they operate and encourage everyone to participate and give time to communities. Every year select a cause for company to collect funds and support! Last year Wounded Warriors. This year American Cancer Society. Proactively seek to grow talent and promote from within.
