Supportive Leadership: Stonebridge has a strong leadership team that genuinely cares about the success of its properties and the well-being of its associates. From day one, I’ve felt empowered and trusted to make decisions that positively impact our hotel and team.

Cons

Like any growing company, there are occasional growing pains, but leadership is responsive and open to feedback.

benefits are good,almost affordable depending on pay

expectations too high for low pay,company very cheap,no computers,very disorganized,miscommunication,zero teamwork,zero support,zero trust too few employees for work load,no work/life balance

The benefits and company culture are decent.

Cons

Corporate Red Tape makes it impossible for managers to get things done. The company doesn't value employees, makes managers make company purchases on their own dime. They don't pay any bills on time, making it a constant chase with vendors.
