Pros

There are some very smart engineers. Small events and clean offices.

Cons

Management cares more about little mundane details and provides very little leadership. Nobody seems to take accountability, the executives just like using smoking mirrors. Not too many well documented processes

There was a wide variety of highly motivated technical people who worked there. We launched many great products that are still in production.

Cons

Unfortunately the pool was emptied due to poor leadership decisions made by a team of nearsighted directors, none of which are still employed there....no surprise.
