Pros

Fairly simple work. Most operators are extremely nice and helpful. Benefits

Cons

Operators are treated like dirt. Nothing ever changes to help production yet they force overtime on certain lines. They hire people who fail drug tests. They hire felons. Maintenance is completely rude to operators. Engineer act as if they're untouchable. You rarely get a bonus. It's maybe $40. The pay is terrible for operators, but, they overpay their maintenance to sit on there butt and watch youtube on their computers all day.
