Pros

Benefits after 6 months (Health, Dental, Vision) Union Job (so automatic pay raises twice a year, also whenever union contract changes) Pretty good hours (I just started and I get 25-30 hours a week) Decent start pay (started at 8.50, other places similar started a little less)

Cons

Have to serve customers up till 10, even if your scheduled to leave at 10 (so if they come up last minute you have to serve them) A little understaffed (might just be my store)

Pros

usually plenty of hours available for those who actually work hard. employees who do not work hard often get away with it if they are managers favorites.

Cons

Expectations are damaging to the mental health of its employees. Management has no support from corporate. Managers are exempt employees meaning they have no union support and can be terminated on hearsay.
