Pros

High employee turnover so they are usually hiring Employees are friendly Not very complicated so it is a good first job Guaranteed at least 15 hours a week

Cons

Minimum wage, after a year you get a 10 cent raise Part-time cashier are looked at as disposable Many incompetent people that make more work for those who work hard

Great benefits for part-time workers. You get paid sick time, personal days and vacations after 1 year as a part time worker. Your co-workers are very understanding and nice. Some of them

Cons

Management is horrible. Promotions are based on favoritism. If you're a favorite, you basically come to work and do anything you want but work. Environment is very unfair.
