Pros

It is a good and extremely stressful environment to work in. The people who work there are all very friendly. The scheduling is also very flexible.

Cons

There may not be enough hours for everyone who works there. Sometimes, the job becomes monotonous. Occasionally, the customers are not the most friendly.

Pros

Generous tuition reimbursement policy. Good benefits.

Cons

Weak management in some departments, providing no mentoring, training or feedback. Associates that bullied others not reined in by their supervisors. Bad work habits not addressed and this affected morale of better workers.

Its pretty easy to get the job and it pays a decent amount for a kid or someone in school.

Cons

I disliked the way that the management and the customers treated me. they acted as if I wasn't worth their time.
