      Pros

      • Job security is always there. • Commission is decent, but tremendous during busy seasons. • Hours aren’t bad; no over-nights and only 9-2 on Saturdays. • My primary site managers are great. It’s easy to work with a team you can count on for the most part. • Upper management has your back if you work hard and have integrity.

      Cons

      • Not much upward mobility. Most of the time when positions come open they’re filled by someone the company knows. • Insurance isn’t great for people who don’t go to the doctor much. If you do go a lot, the lowest deductible plan isn’t too bad.

      Pros

      -Room for advancement. I started fresh out of college. Learning everything as we built our department. -Great family owned business leads to a great work environment. -Always opportunities to learn and build new skills if you have the drive. -So many promotions from internal teams. Including cross departmental hiring. -There is a reason people have worked here for 20+ years or even 10+ years. You don't see that a lot but it speaks to the great company culture here.

      Cons

      -We all wear many hats. At times it can be overwhelming but if you ask for help there is always someone willing to step up. - The business grows faster than the department sizes.

      If you're passionate about what you do and you genuinely want to learn, you'll go far in the Marketing Department at StorageMart. The Marketing Team is interested in driving measurable results while collaborating with likeminded individuals who want to hone their craft. Company execs are interested in what marketing can bring to the table and they both respect and appreciate our insights.

      Cons

      Like any serious company, there are more things to do than there are people to help facilitate. But there's always a light at the end of tunnel.
