They have a great 401 K plan. Wage is competitive; but should be a little more. Regional Manager is great! She will answer all questions and help you improve your store and numbers.

I have worked for the company for almost 11 years, started in the sales resource center on the phones to training to outside sales to assistant manager now general manager of a store. This company has grown so much in the years that I have been here, evolving all the time with added stores, updating policy, updating technology and training. This is a great company to work for! It has variety in the daily job, from office work, customer service, walking, cleaning, small maintenance to outside clean up so you are never board which is a plus for me. The company is all about teamwork, everyone is here to help in all ways from the owners, upper management, regional's (which mine is awesome!!) IT and down to co-workers and everyone else at the home office. Everyone is approachable and easy to talk to which is hard to find in such a large company. Pay is great with awesome benefits (PTO, sick pay, commissions and great company match of 401K). They are flexible with workdays within reason. So, if you are a go-getter, team player and want to work for an awesome family owned business this is the place to be. So, come on in and be part of the family!
