Decent company to work for..still room for improvement

Great 401k benefits Great hours and flexibility Starting salary is more than most storage companies

Cons

As a manager it has been difficult to connect with my Regional Manager when I need approvals for purchase orders, petty cash reimbursements, maintenance issues that I can't do myself, supply orders, etc. It gets old when I've sent many texts, emails, and phone calls and get nothing for days or weeks regarding issues. Salary could be more for managers as they have a lot of responsibilities and work load. Fast food workers make the same or more. Turnover is huge! In a years time in my district we have went through over 30 managers and assistant managers and maintenance. Need updated software programs that are combined into one. Having to toggle back and forth is time consuming and causes mistakes and in-accuracy. A lot of IT issues and headaches

Interesting job with lots of moving parts. Providing customer service is my favorite part. Great family owned business that is striving to stand out in the industry. Awesome 401k match . The regional manager is very supportive and knowledgeable. I love this job!

Cons

The pay could definitely be better or I believe some other perks would be enticing, ie) housing allowance , maybe a ski pass.
