Very clean and friendly work environment Flexible hours allows you to do errands and doctor appts and make up time Family owned and family friendly to all employees Very good health benefits and excellent 401K program Great location in West Columbia just off Interstate 70 A growing company in Canada, Great Britain and the USA

Pros

Pretty much everything, I work at a nice and updated very clean top of the line storage facility. The company has been amazing, they treat us very well and I have the best Regional Manager I am so thankful. Training was very thorough and the hours are pretty ideal as there are no nights involved or Sundays. They provide fair hourly and decent commission which really gives you the opportunity to make some great money for the position.

Cons

SOME customers can be really low-class and nasty to deal with even though nine times out of ten they are nasty because they are behind on their payments (their fault not ours). Not a major deal but it would be nice if they offered us to work 9-5 or even 8:30-5pm instead of 6pm. It would make it a lot better for those of us with families.
