Most rentals come through the website or the call center, so you get nothing. They raise rent on customers with little notice, and you are the one who has to explain to the customers the reasons their rent went up 20% overnight, while you yourself will be struggling to make ends meet. Rapid expansion of the company has left it with an infrastructure deficit in IT and Customer Service, and you will bear the brunt of that
