- Fast growing start-up - Relaxed office - Fun team - Wear multiple hats in every role - Fast-paced, never get bored - Unlimited PTO, healthcare benefits, and 401k options - monthly team outings (Braves, bowling, dinners, etc)

Cons

- company is growing so fast some days feel hectic and unorganized, but that is always a good sign and only means we will be growing

My favorite reason to work here is growth, you will be forced to learn or die, it's not for everyone, but for these individuals who like to be challenged and grow it's an amazing opportunity.

Cons

It can certainly be tough and there is a lot of chaos, it's not always going to be clear what you need to do to succeed so you kinda have to figure that out. The organization definitely needs to become a bit more organized, but that's what we here for :)
