The commission structure they brag about is 0/10, awful. They work you so bad and it’s A lot of cold call sales.

Our sales role is a high-volume cold-calling sales position, that is not hidden at all. Our commission structure is very transparent from prior to starting. We have a great team of people that enjoy the role and the company who have stayed with us longer than a year. I'm sorry this was not the right fit for you.

Pros

Simply put, the company provides a wealth of opportunity. As long as you are great at figuring things out on your own and consistent, you will be successful here, and may even find sales development and sales, easy. The road to success is clear cut, so long you follow these 2 simple things. 1) Be great at your role and study up on your next/desired role. 2) Be likable and do not burn bridges with anybody.

Cons

Senior leadership tends to make extremely quick, poor decisions and oftentimes, the most talented people get the short end of the stick. Unfortunately, your growth and success can be determined by one person's opinion/first impression.

Great Managers

Pros

Michael and Jason Moe are fantastic leaders to work for. They are always willing to help when needed and foster a positive culture. Additionally, the team at StormWind Studios is diverse, and everyone gets along well, contributing to an overall great working environment.

Cons

Some cons of working at StormWind Studios include issues with the Owner, who awarded his son the employee award two years ago, raising concerns about favoritism. Additionally, if you're considering working at StormWind, be cautious of a manager on the BizDev side with the initials JB. While he is a great guy personally, he often discusses and posts about politics, which can be inappropriate in a work environment. Furthermore, his performance as a BD wasn't strong, and in my opinion, he is the reason people leave StormWind once they are placed on his team.
