Pros

As a Community Specialist, I have been absolutely amazed at the support and training I've received from the Sales leadership team. The investment in me personally is unbelievable. Not only are we trained (regularly, by the way) on care and compassion - 1440 service to the residents, but on how to better ourselves. Absolutely awesome team - proud and honored to be a part of it.

Cons

None -- We have high expectations, but Being Accountable is one of our pillars!! Wouldn't want it any other way!

I just want to make note on here that this is such an amazing company to work for. When there are struggles you have such an enormous amount of support that you don't have to feel like you are alone making hard/tough decisions. I am so very, very proud to be a part of a company that will back up there staff at the drop of a hat and give so much knowledge to help them provide such wonderful care for not only our residents, but a part of our family.

The culture here is amazing. It is a high energy and fun place to work, where people have the freedom to be themselves. There is also amazing opportunity for upward mobility right now, given the number of new projects in the works. Most importantly, it is easy to see the tangible impact that we are having upon the seniors. Everyone is passionate about their work, and the stories and changed lives are proof of the amazing culture and opportunity here.
