I have worked for StoryPoint Rockford for 3 years. When I first walked into the community, I knew it was an employee first culture. Daily, you see the dedication of our staff and can tell they truly love what they do. With our 1440 belief, we are creating the absolute best experience, with every person, in every interaction, every minute of every day. This has been the most rewarding job I have ever had, and I am proud to be part of this amazing company. By training our new employees, we aim to create a strong team who will connect and positively impact our StoryPoint residents. From our Home Office to our staff at the community, we live and work the 1440 belief. There is always support and endless opportunities for career growth. Great benefits and competitive pay! If you are looking for purpose in your life, StoryPoint is where you need to be! I love my job!

The atmosphere is great. The residents and families are smiling and happy. The staff is friendly and supportive. The activities are awesome. I couldn't have chosen a better place to share my skills and learn from great leaders.
