      Pros

      Team is easy to work with, and the work load continues to be challenging without being too much. Management takes care of it's workforce.

      Cons

      None really to speak of. This company hires smart and hard working employees. Job security is good as long as you are able to perform your duties.

      Pros

      - Plenty of opportunity to participate in live/running projects with involved customers - Immense amount of learning involved due to variety of technologies being used - Good work gets rewarded proportionately :)

      Cons

      - Due to small size, not many options when it comes to finding people to hang out with post-work - The location of the office building in India is slightly off-beat for a tech company
