      Pretty good entry level job, Stracon staff are very helpful and understanding

      Cons

      No sick leave, limited benefits, no bonus compensation in anyway and limited promotion opportunities, and low starting salary compared to industry

      Generous Holidays, Understanding Staff, that's it.

      Cons

      They will put you into a job to "mentor entry and mid-level software engineers," and then put you into a room isolated from everyone else and have there be no entry software level engineers for one to mentor.
