Flexibility of a schedule, I enjoy working with our team and also, the customers are usually pleasant for the most part. The store has invested into progressive changes that will impact all of us as a whole. It's not a difficult job. You just have to show up.

Cons

Fairly low pay for job qualifications. Some of us have bills we need to pay.
