My co workers are the best part of my job. I love customer service. I loved the nature of my job when I was first employed under original management.

Cons

Since the corporate leadership change, hours cut, less people working, but we are expected to do the same quality work, do more of it in less time with less people to do it. Quality has been sacrificed for superficial appearances. Hard working experienced employees being bullied to the point of leaving. I am saddened at what the store had become.
