IF upper management likes you enough you can become a department manager rather quickly. However when you interact with customers you’ll find them to more full filling if I may say, because of how negligible “promotions” are.

Cons

Unless you are a favorite you will be guaranteed HORRIBLE treatment from superiors. Company is so lazy and cheap they’re willing to have 18 year olds fresh out of Highschool do tasks such as trying to fix toilets or running toilets.
