Pros

Not much, Jeff is back as CEO...that's about it. I wish I could think of something, but I really can't.

Cons

Unless you kiss butt or are willing to go under the desk you will get no chance for advancement. I've worked my tail off for those company and now a new manager who does nothing for the store get whatever she wants because she wears tight clothes to show off her body and has all the other managers convinced she is the greatest thing ever.

Jeff Strack is an outstanding leader with a lot of heart and is very compassionate to all of his team. We are INDIANA MADE and we ARE your neighborhood Grocery Store. Love the employees I manage and my management team I work with. We work as a team and succeed while doing so. Great benefits.

Cons

Can be stressful at times... but that's like every other job. Hours are long.. but hard work and dedication pays off.

Pros

My coworkers were great, I got pretty much all the hours I wanted, and there were often opportunities to pick up more, fast paced at times. Overall not a bad experience.

Cons

Pay is garbage, just over minimum wage, and you don't get overtime or holiday pay unless you've worked there for 90 days. Some managers are great, some just don't care. Even though I loved my coworkers, they're all burned out by the job. Never had any bad customer experiences, but it can be stressful if you're the only open register when it's busy
