Stratapps is a technology driven company with highly intelligent and motivated people, All are expertise in BI field. This is the right place to work with and get challenged to grow in terms of career. Work environment and knowledge sharing between the employees is excellent. All here are passionate about what they do here, friendly and everyone is easy to reach out. Great Work opportunities & work life balance, Management is really helpful.

Pros

I worked for long time in StratApps. It's a good place to work. I learnt many new technologies and also got opportunity to understand whole IT business. If you show commitment, management will be flexible. But not for all. As a company it has it's own share of ups and downs. Handling such situations are always tough for any Management and someone in employees will not be happy. But they always tried to be good to employees who behaved responsible and hardworking.

Cons

Couldn't get new big clients when I worked their. But looks like now it has changed
