Management listens to input and wants to help you succeed. Lots of resources and good place to ask questions. Possibility to work from home. Focus on team building and morale.

Cons

No real cons, everything is upfront and open going into the job. Some of the scheduling might not be ideal, but you are made aware of what the hours are in the beginning.
