Needs to improve on organization

Pros

Management is supportive and creates fun environment for employees.

Cons

The company still has a long way to go. A lot of improvements are needed to be done particularly on being more organized. It was still chaotic and there are conflicts caused by being disorganized. Working here could be confusing some time and you have to be resourceful and work your way around to make sure you won't add to the chaos and mistakes.

Disorganization comes from the ineffective management.

Good interaction with the coworkers.

Cons

Extremely unorganized and lack of communication, which makes completing tasks challenging and sometimes very difficult. This seems to stem from a lack of overall organization, training and knowledge in upper management. Has a lot to be desired due to its current structure and lack of leadership.

In order to thrive in this environment, one must have the ability to adapt to a rapidly changing environment. In an effort to address this, management continually communicates with all staff to ensure success of our employees and organization.
