Hearing about graduate success stories encourages me that I am making a difference. I have an excellent supervisor, a dependable team, and kind coworkers. We work hard but still have time to talk and laugh. Our leaders ensure that we receive enough compensation, benefits, and opportunities for advancement. Their goal is for employees to be able to retire from the company.

Cons

Sometimes the processes and communication become lost or disconnected. My team is tiny and deals with a variety of vendors, therefore you must be able to maintain track of multiple interactions.

Cons

No opportunity for overtime.therefore the travel time is quite long.
