Cons

Awful management with inadequate training. Instances of racism and microaggressions from certain employees. Excessive micromanagement. Undervalued and unappreciated unless favored by certain upper management. Limited support or guidance for career advancement. Insufficient training provided to new employees. Hostile environment fostered by upper management with little HR intervention. Prevalent culture of deceit and dishonesty.
