The management team is amazing, the company culture is out of this world, the people are some of the nicest that I've ever worked with and my CEO knew my name before I could introduce myself.

Benefits, coworkers, and the pay isn't bad! Everyone is willing to answer questions and help as needed. Not micromanaged!! PTO accrual is decent for new hires, paid holidays, and 10 flex days to work from home a year is nice. The CEO seems really nice and surprisingly actually speaks to the employees!

Cons

Abt the only thing I could really complain about would be the fact the company doesn't offer an annual bonus incentive! Maybe that will change soon!! :)
