New CEO is turning things around slowly

Cons

Manangement doesn't always listen properly to technical staff, wastes huge amount of money on terrible R&D projects 90% of the Engineering staff new from the outset was a waste of time. One half of the company located in Israel has huge culture problems and doesn't know how to listen properly and holds most of the puppet strings remotely. The other half of the company in the US doesn't talk properly to the first half and tries to operate autonomously.
