The work is fun, a world of possibilities in an exciting company in an exciting field. Overall, great people. The work we do here is actually changing the world around us, whether they use it or inspired by it.

Cons

It's a big company and it became big quite rapidly, seems like it's encumbered by bureaucracy. It seems that there're many promotions of unfitting people, or sometimes they just keep them even if they're performances are weak (and sometimes, even promote them).

At R@D there is a lot of exposure to Chemistry, mainly to acrylics.
